Visual Effects Reel

This reel contains samples of the VFX work created by Ryan Carter at the Hall Of Shadows. These are primarily CGI and 2D digital effects composited with live footage. These clips were used in a number of commercials and films including "Brothers War", "Organizm", and "The World Without Us".

This reel contains samples of the graphical and 3D animation work created by Ryan Carter at the Hall Of Shadows. These clips were used in various commercials, industrial videos, and television programs including "Dogfights" and "Cities of the Underworld" on the History Channel and "Conspiracy Test" on the Discovery Channel.

Virtual Cinema Reel

The clips on this reel utilize a style known as "Virtual Cinema", where actors are filmed on green or blue screen and composited into CGI environments. The focus on these types of clips is to have a more stylized and less realistic look. The samples shown here are from projects such as the "Turning Point" TV pilot and the short film "Devil's Gunman".
